What’s it gonna take for us to get you to drive this off the lot today? We took a break from our regularly scheduled programming to link up with our crosstown fam Modist Brewing Company and cook up a couple hundred gallons of oat milk with their handy dandy mash filter. Then we each brewed DDH DIPA’s with some of our own house special sauce. Ours got smanged out with an extra drippy quartet of Azacca, Strata, Sabro Cryo & Australian Galaxy. Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy light yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has dank citrus with light papaya and pineapple backed by a light sweet grain. Flavor has dry citrus and papaya with a touch of grass and sweet grain supporting

Appearance - 10 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 10 | Overall - 8

Pours a hazy, golden lemon yellow, with mid-sized, lasting cap of white, frothy head. Aroma is juicy, with tons of citrus (some orange sherbet?) and tropical fruit. Flavor follows. Citrus, tropical fruit, a slight underlying sweetness, building a slightly bitter finish. Very soft, pillowy mouthfeel. Very nice.
