Amberkleurig bier met een mooie balans tussen mout en hop. Het bier is fluweelzacht en soepel. De aromahoppen geven je het gevoel dat je door een Mediterane fruitboomplantage wandelt. Niet alleen voor mensen die via de Route de Soleil naar het zuiden afdalen.

Brewery tap, sold as Route du Soleil 2015. Amber color. Toffee and a hint of orange in the aroma and flavor. Bitter almonds, vegetable notes, tannines. Hint of blackcurrant. Not entirely clean, but not unpleasant.

Fles gedeeld met Roelzie1986. Het is een amberkleurig bier met een volle schuimkraag. Het heeft een moutige fruitige geur. De smaak is moutig, hoppig en wat fruitig.

Bottle @ home. Amber colour, small white head that doesn’t last. Smells herbs, malts, hops. Tastes malts, herbs, spices, some hops, iron. Medium body, okay carbo.

Sampled from tap at Stadsbrouwerij Eindhoven. Clear rusty copper color, average sized white head. Smell and taste lightly malts, lightly a fruity touch, lightly hops, lightly bitter. Decent body and carbonation.
