Our buds from Crosby Hops Farms came out to get shreddy with heavy portions of their extremely delectable Estate Grown Comet along with Strata & High Oil Centennial. We haven't gotten to play with it much, so we got a little carried away with hop hash of all the same varietals in the whirlpool. Come take a gander at this one.

Can from Tavour: pours hazy yellow with white head. Aroma is spring onion, grass, spice and some fruitiness. Taste is on the sharper side. Can was 2 months old, so I imagine it was degenerating a little bit. Somewhat bitter. Definitely pretty sweet. Fine IIPA.

16oz can from Tavour. Hazy gold n pour, foamy head dissipates quickly. Aroma is stone fruit, notably apricot. Taste is fruity, strong, dry. Funky, complex.

Aromas are slightly old resin, malt, tropical fruit, caramel and stone fruit. Flavors are similar to nose, bittersweet add in some menthol. Good buddy and carbonation. Okay beer.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy light yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has slightly dank citrus and grass with a hint of light tropical fruit underlying. Flavor has dank citrus and light sweet onion with some grass in the finish.
