Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque black with a lacing, beige head. Roast, tar, sight smokiness in the nose. Medium body, English licorice and roast with a slight sweetness under the dry surface. Roast bitter finish. Solid. 190225

bottiglia 50 cl, bel cappello di schiuma fine nocciola persistente, colore nero, al naso caffè tabacco malto tostato leggero vaniglia, in bocca caffè vaniglia cioccolato fondente leggero liquirizia, corpo rotondo, carbonazione moderata, amaro accentuato lungo nel finale. Bottle.Dark brown colour with medium beige head.Aroma is sweet of chocolate and coffee its far to carbonated and sweet sour after taste.

0,5 l bottle. Pours almost black with huge, rocky, lasting tan head. Aroma of chocolate, coffee, toasted malt. Taste is low sweet and medium bitter. Unfortunately it is way over carbonated, prickly sensation at the back of the tongue simply kills the joy. Finish is long, plenty of bitter bitter chocolate. Seems decent, but almost undrinkable due to over carbonation.

Bottled at the Kultura Piva event, I guess courtesy of Keso, though it got to me from inebriated others who had opened it without his knowledge and consent and shared it around. :sigh: Not feeling great though I'm absolutely not to blame, but at least it isn't too hard to replace I guess. Black body, tan thick head - off-white. Roasty aroma, tart, dusty. Soft, lean taste, roasty, leathery, dry, bitter chocolate vibes. This is a rough, serious stout, well made, though too black-maltish for my tastes ultimately.

--Keg at market stand in Ljubljana. -- Black, rich beige head. Aroma of coffee and hard roasted grain. Mid dry with light body and well rounded mouthfeel. Coffee and chocolate. Mid bitter finish.

Bottle, 0.50l, courtesy of my mother in law. Aroma of roasted malt, coffee, bitter chocolate and ash. Pours pitch black color with large frothy brown head and nice lacing. Tastes rich roasted malty with bitter chocolate, nuts, leather and earthy notes, rather dry mouthfeel and average bitter finish. Medium body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. 0.5 l bottle shared with prof. Bekić and pbf_pivica. Dark brown to black, small beige head. Harsh burnt aroma, dark caramel, nutty. Some tartness, some earthy, nutty. Creamy, ash, charred wood, nutty. Dry finish, medium body, soft to moderate carbonation.
