*Bottle from the brewery-bottle-shop in Herisau. Mild fruity beginning. Lots of clove and bread crust. Vanilla, smooth banana with a great fruity mild finish. Fantastic balanced, fruity clove vanilla in the end. Great.

0.75 L bottle bought in the drink shop of the brewery; opalescent orange to amber colour, huge, dense, though not too stable beige-ish-yellowish head; aroma of wheaty-bread crusty, caramel, banana, slight clove and maybe minimal peachy notes; taste is similar to the aroma with slight peppery and alcoholic spiciness; good one
