Deze tripel uit Bolderberg heeft een aangename moutige smaak met een lichte bitterheid door de hop. Door gebruik te maken van kruiden, zoals koriander, wordt dit een bier dat qua smaak doet neigen naar een Karmeliet.

33cl bottle (now brewed by Brouwerij Den Toetëlèr) from De Achelse Kluis shop. F: medium, white, average retention. C: gold, hazy. A: malty, orange, bit curacao, coriander, honey, apples. T: medium to full malty base, curacao, coriander, apples, banana, decent bitterness, bit bready, medium carbonation, not bad for the style, enjoyed.

Bottle 33cl. @home poured into a tasting glass. Clear deep golden colour, good frothy white head, half way lasting, fair lasting. Aroma sweet malts, grain, Belgian yeast, peach, light citrus, grassy hops. Taste medium sweet and light bitter, malty, yeast, fruity & spicy notes. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, rather coarse sweetbitter aftertaste, malty and husky notes, bit peppery on the tongue, has a certain freshness but not that special, nice.
