Clear and pale with lasting thin head. Aroma of orchard fruit and a delicate farmyard funk. Taste is quite grainy. Saison yeast comes through but is tempered by a hoppy citrus note.

Can 33 cl. Pours a clear golden with a rich, frothy and lacing white head. Spicy, flowery nose with a distinctive yeastiness. Medium body, a slightly sweet fruitiness paired with cloves, bananas and yeast. Sufficient bitterness for balance. Well executed Saisons like this really deserve more love. 050223

ABV: 6.7%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, sweet malt, light marzipan malt, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, saison yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, wheat, sweet malt - honey, sweet malt - marzipan, saison yeast, fruity yeast, skumbanan. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20230101]

Sample (thanks omhper!). Yellowish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, oaty and some herbal and grassy tones with mild mushrooms. Flavour is floral, fruity, some toffeeish and mild sweet malty tones.

--Canned, from Systtembolaget. -- Hazy golden, mid sized head. Fruity nose with grain, honey and marzipan. Sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Honeyish sweetness, marzipan, grains and minerals. Mid bitter finish. Way too sweet, could have been nice otherwise.

Burk. Snygg, stiltypsik saison med en rustik brödighet (spannmål), stor torrhet, viss blommighet och inslag av citrus. Ska jag klaga på någonting är det att jästen bidrar med vissa sliskiga inslag.
