330ml bottle. Clear, faint, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Grainy and strawy, pale malty aroma with a weak touch of sour malt and maize. Taste is minimally strawy, sweet-ish, pale malty, mildly bitter, minimally fruity hoppy, a touch of apricot, peach, a weak touch of sour malt again, a minimally creamy, strand with a touch of maize as well. Minimally creamy, watery texture, smooth an dsoft palate, medium to fine, soft, mildly prickly carbonation. Simple and monotonous as the streets of Sülz might be.
