This small batch Frambozenlambik has macerated for three months and was then put on an oak barrel to mature another nine months. This way, and also because we only used oude lambikken, the weighted average age of this fruit blend is more than 23 months.
The final fruit intensity is 352 grams of local organic raspberries per litre of frambozenlambik.
