Developed out of Oregon, USA, Strata hops scream strawberry, candy, grapefruit and dank goodness. We paired it with our newly developed modern IPA beer base which is classic West Coast meets New England IPA. Strata Titled balances beautiful candied berry-like hop flavors with an easy drinking malt background that is unbelievably smooth at 8.5% abv.

Draft at Ren Min, Maxwell Food Court, Singapore. Poured a hazy golden orange colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, light strawberry. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with malt, grainy, light vanilla strawberry, tart grapefruit, biscuit dough, dank woody hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Plenty going on, but some flavours are much less dominant. Needed a little air after it was poured too. It tasted completely different five minutes after it escaped from the keg.
