A no-expense-spared New England IPA, Scale Ale is a big, juicy, and supremely hoppy pour that's brewed with a generous amount of Mosaic, HBC586, and Vic Secret hops, which imparts citrus and tropical aromas such as pineapple, passionfruit, mango guava, and lychee. Within, you'll also find pine-needle fragrance, finishing with a soft bitterness mouthfeel.

Draft at Ren Min, Maxwell Food Court, Singapore. Poured a hazy golden orange colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, light tropical citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate to light bitter and sweet, with a smooth, malt, light citrus, slightly watery, floral, yeasty, light woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. Disappointing.
