Cask at GBBF'23, day 3, 03/08/23. Golden blonde with an off white head that retains well. Nose is melon, citric zest, straw, light herb. Taste comprises lemon rind, straw, airy malts, biscuit, hedgerow. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Competent blonde.

Cask at Watford beer festival 2022. A clear golden coloured pour with a loose off white head. Aroma is big dungy funk, wet grass, sileage, grass, damp hay. Flavour is composed of semi sweet earthy grains, straw, damp hay, wet grass, sileage, dirty. Palate is grainy, tannin, decent cask condition. Meh.

8/10/2021. Cask at the 43rd Bedford Beer and Cider Festival. Pours clear golden with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of malt, caramel, hops, overripe fruits. Moderate sweetness, earthy bitterness. Moderate body, slight watery texture, average carbonation. Bitter fruit finish. Not keen.
