(bottle, 33cl, label says Doppelbock) Hazy, ruby-brown colour with a big and tanned foamy head. Slightly yeasty and nutty dark malty aroma with fruity notes of dark berries and a present spicy touch. Sweet and delicately bitter flavour, full bodied with a moderate carbonation. Dark malty and slightly fruity taste with hints of chocolate and mildly spicy notes; moderately sweet malty finish with a brandy-like alcoholic touch. Not overly demanding and surly not a Doppelbock. 16.VI.12

Bottled 330ml (BZ, BBE 08/2013)
Deep ruby color, good creamy off-white head, lace. Spicey aroma with maltyness. Medium-bodied, but a bit weak palate for this ABV. Flavor is a bit spicey too, some berries, caramel malts. Light alcohol in the finish. Not very interesting although without faults.
