A huge hoppy nose party, featuring Mosaic, Citra and Motueka. Fermenting with a dryer, less hazy yeast for some variation – highlighting the aroma of the hops with less estery yeast madness

On tap at The Rusty Bucket, Eltham. Gold pour with a white head. Aromas of mango, peach, orange marmalade, pineapple. Flavours of mango, papaya, pineapple, nectarine, quite a stone fruit number. Sweet fruity finish.

Slightly hazy golden beer, thin filmy white head. Lightly spiced, citrus aroma. Flavour has bittersweet orange, light grapefruit, grassy hop. Surprisingly soft and mellow for the strength, with a bit of peachy fruit coming through the back on top of a decent, lingering maltiness. Not bad at all.
