Inspired by some old Brabant tradition, this beer was brewed with barley malt, raw wheat and aged hops. It was turbid mashed, coolshipped, spontaneously fermented and aged in oak barrels for an average of 22 months

Bottled May 2022. amber almost clear color, small white head. smells spices, earthy, grassy, oak, very subtle underlying malts, tobacco, subtle funk. super delicate smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes spices, earthy, bit oxidized, hints of sherry, oak, grass & herbs, wildflowers, hints of honey. finishes with hints of acidity and lightly bitterness and notes of wildflowers, oak and herbal notes. very nice one, super delicate balance, very good to drink.
