Bottled July 2022. orange cloudy color, small white head. smells tannins, bit peppery, flowery, light horseradish, apples, some quince. nice to very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes apples, tannins, spices, peppery, apples, light minerality, light horse radish, light quinces. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of tannins, quince and horse radish notes. nice one. quite good to drink, nice balance.

75cl Bottle. 21/22. Split by SirAlex. Pours cloudy Golden with a White head. Elderflower, Apple and funk. Some skunk. Very tasty. Something like a dupont cidre and mamouche combined. 4.3.
