24.06.2023: From Magnum bottle at Antidoot in Kortenaken. amber hazy color, small white head. smells vinous, earthy, funky, leathery, spices, peppery. full body, soft carbonation. tastes vinous, tannins, oak, berry notes, apples, grassy, earthy, grape skins. finishes dry and light to medium sour with notes of grape skins, apples and tannins. Very nice one, great balance

16.05.2025: 0,75l bottle at Roter Bogen, Vienna. yellow hazy color, small white head. smells fruits, grapes, apples . full body, soft carbonation. tastes red wine, tannins, grapes, bit earthy, bit citric. finishes lightly dry and light to medium sour with notes of red wine, grapes and tannins. Wow, love this, this improved a lot, great to drink, lovely wine notes
