muddy amber color. Nice lacing on the head. Nice Ichiros malt, like oak, slightly sour, dried apricot, iodine. Funky palate, the whiskey is just the right amount it matches the saison very well and adds a level of tartness that is very nice. Slight warming finish. Funky and wonderful.

Lovely stuff. Rich and full, soft and slightly sweet. Touch of the whisky but just adds to the richness.
