Draft at Smith St Taps, Singapore. Poured a hazy medium amber colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head and some clingy lace. The aroma is grainy malt, light citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a crisp, grainy, dry earthy, light citrus, light floral, woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. The bitterness dominates. A little chewy for an IPA but that’s no bad thing.
