Draft at the Pink Blossoms Beer Truck, Promontory. Poured a hazy golden colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, light woody hops. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a fresh, crisp, herbal, light citrus, floral, light piney, woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
