The brainchild of our very own Joyce, who in her own words is "still looking for love in all the wrong places", Gone With De Wind is not only a pun on her last name – it's also a tropical blend of pineapple and coconut. Brewed with real pineapple juice, roasted coconut, and infused with coconut flower drops provided by our friends at Neitiv, we present to you a beery version of a Pina Colada. Extravagant and refreshing, this beer is a love story just waiting to happen.

Draft at 36, Singapore. Poured a hazy golden orange colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is yeast and tropical citrus fruits. The flavour is light sweet, with a crisp, dry yeasty, pineapple, light spicy, smooth, rich coconut palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. Tasty and rather moreish. A strange twist for a Witbier.
