A 10% black ale, we brewed The Factory with the juice and zest of hundreds of oranges, cocoa nibs, and a hefty amount of wheat. Packaged in a 12oz can so as not not overwhelm the senses, this beer is bold and bursting of dark chocolate and ripe citrus notes. We think The Factory will make for the perfect last minute holiday gift, or grab this for yourself, for those holiday parties with the jungle juice fruit punch that just isn’t cutting it.
Sometimes we wish we released this beer more than once a year so we could enjoy some of our favorite can art from Jamie Tam. Thank you again Jamie for this adventurous, creative depiction of an imaginary Terry factory. Each can has a different color palette making each beer a new experience.

Baker's chocolate aroma. Black, thin beige head. Dark chocolate, charred oak , orange zest, raisin. Full body, easy carbonation. Relatively dry compared to most pastry impys.

Can to snifter.
Appearance: black in color; quarter finger of khaki foamy head, dissipated to leave some concave lace
Aroma: rich roasty malts, deep and ashy/char tones, orange zest seemed more of an afterthought
Flavor: sweet and roasty through the prior mentioned aromas; orange zest is barely there; aftertaste of rich chocolate and roastiness
Texture: medium bodied, somewhat of a sipper; very smooth; finishes roasty with the dark malts and ash
Overall: it's very nice for what it is but the orange zest seemed barely noticeable. Eh, oh well, I'd still have it again despite me expecting more orange zest.

Pours a dark, oily black, with smallish head. Aromas of orange and chocolate. Flavors are orange and chocolate, with some wheat esters. All in all, a tasty, unusual beer.
