Delicata ma intensamente luppolata: questa è German Wave. Una versione moderna delle classiche lager tedesche dove la bevibilità, l’amaro nobile e gli aromi dei più moderni luppoli tedeschi si fondono, riteniamo, in modo perfetto. Cheers!

Draft. A hazy golden beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of hops, citrus fruits, peaches, straw, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of citrus fruits, hops, straw, and malt, leading to a bitter finish.

Tap at Luppolo Station in Rome - Italy. Golden color quite cloudy, medium white foam. Nose is a blast of noble hops which recalls the pellets and the hops extracts. Anyway the aroma is extreme but pleasant, really. Grassy and a bit oniony. Mouth: clean pale ale, I have appreciated how deep it goes into these German hops. Bitterness is moderate.
