Waxed, capped 375 from Tavour. Pours dark amber with a slight, transient head. Aroma of caramel/toffee and bourbon. Full bodied. Not at all dry. Somewhat bitter from heat and? Surprising notes of treacle and fig. Toffee and bourbon preside. Some earth notes. Very smooth/subtle. Excellent flavor. Great sipper.

375mL bottle, pours a clear golden, no head. Aroma is complex, with rich bourbon barrels, oak, and soft toffee notes. Flavour is sweet, with lots of toffee, bourbon, some vanilla, and woody oak. Lots of sweet toffee and sugars on the finish, with a nice lingering bourbon finish. Excellent stuff.
