La blonde de luxe de la gamme est moins houblonnée que sa sœur (Simon Pils) et comblera les amateurs d’une bière ronde et plus intense. Elle titre 5,5% d’alcool et sa couleur plus dorée vient des malts spéciaux utilisés dans la recette. De type « Dortmund », la Simon Régal a été créée dans les années 1960 afin de proposer un pendant à une pils plus classique.

bottle, courtesy of beerhunter111. Deep golden with a stable off-white head. Grainy malty start, pleasantly if subtle hoppy flavours, slightly resiny and grassy with a fruity touch. Smooth and velvety palate.

Bottle from Erzengel as part of Euro swap, many thanks. Amber color with medium white head. Aroma of malt. Taste, malty base, biscuits, grain, light hops.

Bottle shaped can from Grima. Blonde. Bready maltaroma and flavor with hints of grass. Sweetish. Also some grass in the aftertaste. Sticky mouthfeel.

Fles geprobeerd op de de camping in Luxemburg. Het is een goudgeel helder bier met een volle witte schuimkraag welke snel weg ebt. Het heeft een moutige wat hoppige geur. De smaak is moutig en wat zoetig.

F: big, white, average retention. C: pale gold, clear. A: malty, bready, caramel, bit of butter. T: malty, caramel, sweet bread, floral, medium body, medium carbonation, quite full taste if sweet, not bad, 33cl bottle from Delhaize Strassen, Route d’Arlon in Luxembourg.

Bottle from Cactus Remich, Luxembourg. Pours golden with a frothy white head. Aroma of hop, malt, caramel. Medium plus sweetness, light bitterness. Medium body, slight oily/watery texture, average carbonation.

Bottle. Pours golden with whiteish head. The head doesn’t stay. Aroma is grains, maize, malt. Flavor is sweet, grains, malt, maize. Overall: drinkableish.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein goldgelbes Bier mit geringer Schaumkrone. Geruch leicht malzig, getreidig. Geschmack leicht malzig, wässrig, getreidig, minimal herb.
