(Bottle 33 cl) Dark golden pils-type with almost non-existing head. Malty with a dry but not overwhelming bitterness. The label says "biere spéciale de haute densité". A guess it’s just a sophisticated (try saying it loud....) way of saying that the brewmaster has used a bit extra pilsener-malt. 310701

0.33 l bottle from 'Pall Center', best before December 2024. Clear, golden with a large, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, slightly malty and a bit grassy aroma of grains, some straw and light lemon peel. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter and a bit grassy taste of grains, some straw and traces of lemon peel, followed by a short, moderately bitter finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Well-brewed lager, fairly clean, much better than the ratings suggest.

Start the new year with an huge crate of Luembourg beers send to me by Erzengel weeks (or months?) ago. Thanks a lot mate! 0,33 l bottle. Ckear golden with a short living small one finger white head in the glass. Malty caramel smell. Grainy start with caramell, some sweetness. Increasing soft bitterness. Little bit spicy. Below average carbonation. Not bad.
