Brewed in collaboration with Portland’s beer and wine mecca, John’s Marketplace, to celebrate their Anniversary, Party Like was inspired by Mexican hot chocolate combined with coffee. It is a 10% ABV, Mexican-Style Coffee Stout that was brewed with Roaster’s Choice whole bean coffee from Seattle’s legendary, Lighthouse Roasters, whole ancho chilis, and cinnamon. The combination of coffee, chilis, and cinnamon creates a complex and rich stout with hints of coffee, chocolate, and spice, with just a touch of heat and bitterness; Party Like touches the whole palate and finishes smooth.

Down & Dirty: Maris Otter Pale, 2-Row Pale, Munich, Victory, Chocolate, and Crystal Dark malts, Midnight Wheat, Dextrose, Chinook and US Goldings hops, with Coffee, Cinnamon and Ancho Chilis

Color: Very dark black
Aroma: Chocolate with sweet aromatic caramel notes, alongside coffee, cinnamon, and dried fruit aromas. Almond and cereals lend a warming complexity.
Flavor: Moderately sweet and bitter, with gentle umami and a subtle lingering bitterness. Medium body with some warmth in the form of alcohol heat and light ancho spice.
