A Flying Forearm of Flavor
Another lager, another pro-wrestler, this time a Mexican Lager named after the legendary Tito Santana. Mexican Lagers run the gamut of different interpretations but this one is patterned after Negro Medelo and Dos Equis Amber, both of which are actually German Vienna styles brewed in Mexico. To make this unique we added Bloody Butcher heirloom corn malt to the mash, which contributes clove, cardamon and peppercorn notes to the beer.

Corn, barley malt and hay aroma. Golden yellow with moderate head. Mildly sweet barley/corn malt, and moderately bitter fresh hay flavor. Good body.
