Qilin is a chimera that symbolizes good luck and prosperity. This quad was brewed in collaboration with Chimera. This quad was made with Japanese dark sugar, star anise, clove, fennel, and cinnamon. It has a lighter body than expected, with a higher abv of 9.4%. It has flavors of warm spice and dried fruit.

Appearance - 10 | Aroma - 7.5 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 9 | Overall - 7.5
Cinnamon, clove, orange caramel malt and hay aroma. Dark amber with moderate head. Moderately sweet fennel, anise, white pepper, light cinnamon, caramel malt and moderately bitter grass/fresh hay flavor. Good body. Interesting blend of spices - pleasant.
