Lys brun tåkete med lys gult skum. Lukter fat og mild stenfrukt. Fruktig og sur. Smaker sure bær, trevirke og sitron. Tørr.

Bottle from fuss club. Light hazed deep golden colour with a white head. Aroma and taste are lemon tart to dry. Apples and wood. Crisp sour body.

Keg @ Brewdog Oxford. Pours gold with a light misty, lasting foamy white head. Lovely gueuze-like aromatics, fruity, wild flora, delivering nicely on the palate, great depth to this, with good fruity hints, bristling sour edge, just enough acetic elements coming through bringing to mind the great Frank Boon with it's balance. Very good indeed.
