This dry, refreshing Saison is brewed with the finest Pilsner, Vienna and Wheat malt.
It is carefully whirlpooled with Motueka and Sorachi Ace, plus a generous amount of Elderflower, Elderberries, and a touch of Bay and Coriander.
Finally, it is dry-hopped with additional Motueka and
Sorachi Ace.
This Saison has a savoury berry and floral nose, with a spicy, herbal, crisp finish.

Can sample at a tasting at Amit A's place. Cloudy yellow. Lots of elderflower, yeast, dry, spicy, bitter note. Really not my thing.

Can from the brewery. Light hazy deep golden colour with a white head. Aroma and taste is berry. And floral. Slightly dry. Medium body.
