Beyond Modus 9
Barrel Aged Sour Red – 9% ABV. Following on from last year’s Beyond Modus, we have blended Coolshipped modus operandi with a Bordeaux red wine barrel to finish this beer for another year. Matured in freshly emptied red wine barrels, it screams ripe autumnal fruits, a vivid acidity and hints of Bourbon subtlety.

Keg at imbc. Pours deep ruby brown, nose is funk, blackcurrant, raspberry, oak, taste is sharp funk, fruity, dry.

Keg at Indymanbeercon 2022 with Stuu666 and cgarvieuk. Pours hazy dark brown with a thin tan head. Aromas of red wine and dark malt. Taste is light sour, red fruit. Sour finish.
