Draft at the 7 Bridges Hanoi taproom. Poured a clear reddish copper colour with a thin white head. The aroma is light passionfruit. The flavour is moderate to light sour, with a smooth, mineral, light, dragonfruit, herbal palate. Medium to light bodied with average to soft carbonation.
