Bright gold in colour with a creamy head, this is a classic Czech inspired pilsner with signature Heart of Darkness hoppy twist. Mixed ripe fruit top notes give way to apricot, pomelo and elderflower undertones. A heavily-hopped, crisp and flavourful beer.

Draft at the HCMC brewpub. Poured a clear golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is yeasty, light citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a crisp, fresh, pomelo, light herbal, mineral, light woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Fine for a session.
