Draft at the HCMC taproom. Poured a hazy yellow golden colour with a mostly lasting white head and some broken lace. The aroma is creamy rice, floral yeasty. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a smooth, creamy, dry yeasty, herbal, bitter palate and a long dry bitter finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Unexpectedly, this was actually highly drinkable!
