Notes of oak, spicy Tequila botanicals and coconut are blended with fresh green passion-fruit, tangerine and pine hop characteristics. El Caballero presents like a New World IPA/NEIPA and sips suspiciously easy. The flavour experience may leave your pallet in a state of kaleidoscope dreaminess.

473ml can. Pours a hazy orange gold with a medium, foamy, long lived, off-white head that leaves soapy curtains of lace. Aroma of pale malt, tangerine, tequila, oak and floral hops. Sweet fruity flavour of pale malt, orange, tangerine, passion fruit, tequila, oak and piney hops in a dry, mild bitter finish. Medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Not a fan of tequila, so I was a little worried. The tequila was subtle and actually worked well here.
