Draft at the 7 Bridges taproom, Saigon. Poured a hazy light amber colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is banana yeast, light citrus fruits. The flavour is light sweet, with a smooth, banana, bubblegum, light citrus, hints of clove palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
