(Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm, 17 June 2024. 1 year old, Vat 204) Deep golden colour with brief head. Fruity nose with notes of yeast, apples, oak wood, rhubarb and floral notes. Fruity, tart taste with apples, grapefruit, rhubarb, yeast, wood and a dry and tart finish. No bitterness. Medium body, dry. Tasty and refreshing, with a fresh acidity. Very nice.

Draught (3 jaar) @ Stigbergets Fot Pours hazy deep golden with no head. Aroma is tart with notes of funk, malt, barnyard and hint of citrus. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a flat tart and funky finish. Body is light to medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is flat. I think the taste would be elevated with some carbonation

On tap at Stigbergets Fot. 3 years old. It's flat, headless and golden, almost clear. Lovely fruity, funky aroma with lemon, barnyard, some leather. Gooseberry, bread and a hint of vinegar. It's medium bodied and flat on the palate, feeling lightly oxidized. Tart, with some lemony funk, barnyard, leather, vinegar and hay. Fruity. Lasting funky, malty finish. Love the aroma, but the flavor is a bit dull. Guess some carbonation would have done good. 240721

Keg (2yo lambik) at Stigbergets Fot, Stockholm. Pours unclear golden to amber, minmal head. Aroma: citric, funk, sour apple, hay. Taste: shaap, citric, green apple, lemon, funk, leather. Medium body with low carbonation. 2yo lambik never tastes ready to go!

Clear orange beer, no head. Aroma: very fruity, lots of oranges, orange peel, oxidized, some cardboard, caramel, butterscotch. MF: no carbon, medium body, oily texture. Taste: buttery start, fruity, some banana, very sour, vinegar touch, oxidised, cardboard. Aftertaste: bitter, earthy, dry, oxidized, spicy, butter, cardboard.

A little cloudy orange beige beer, no head, just a small layer of big bubbles, a little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: some diacetyl, grains, dirty touch, sulphur, meh. MF: no carbon, medium body. Taste: bitter, funky, dry, tannins, woody, earthy bitter, decent. Aftertaste: dry, spicy, more earthy, bitter, wood, tannins, meh, not too exciting.

--Keg (2 y/o) at Pressklubben, Stockholm. -- Hazy golden/amber, small head. Funky citric nose with horseblanket and hay. Citric with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Lemon juice, mild barnyard, leather and green apples. Mid bitter finish. Mildly complex lambic with lots of lemon juice.
