We did it again and made another dark beer for Saigon! Rooster Dak Lak Nitro Stout is a dark, creamy ale reminiscent of the ca phe sua da it was based on. Every sip is a delight while maintaining Rooster's signature quality. A light stout with a heady nose of chocolate and caramel, with an added dash of milk sugar to sweeten and marry the flavors.

Draft at Tiệm Bia Gà (Bùi Viện). Poured almost black in colour with a huge lasting frothy light tan head. The flavour is moderate sweet, light liqourice bitter, with a smooth, rich, slightly oily, grainy, sweet lactose, light liqourice bitter palate. Over medium bodied with soft carbonation.
