East Kent Goldings, Aged Noble Hops, Saaz, Hallertauer Mittelfruh.
Other Ingredients:
Medlar (second use).

Unlabelled bottle. Almost clear dark golden to light amber. Sour plums, light funky, strawberries, soft oak. A touch of citrus. Medium sour, lighter sweet. Quite nice!
