A blend of young and aged saisons conditioned in oak with Montmorency cherries from Tamiyasu Orchards outside Hood River, OR. (Tamiyasu actually grew several different tart cherry varieties for us this year, but those late May freezes wiped their yields out. I'm hoping for a better season next year--before MIRAGE expressed interest, Tamiyasu planned to chop the trees down...) Montmorencies impart little color--the juice is almost clear--but they carry plenty of acidity and a classic cherry character.

750ml bottle pours out golden orange notes topped with a fizzy head. Nose is nice fruit mix and a enjoyable light tartness. Taste is more of the nice light tartness some spice and a enjoyable fruit mix.

Hazy pale beige. Thin head. Soft, with a touch of brett C. Mellow malts. It's not bad.

Bottle pour at Farmhouse Fest 2023, pours a cloudy bright golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out light stone fruits, earthiness, and rustic farmhouse notes. Flavour is much better, with juicy cherries, stone fruits, rustic farmhouse yeast, and bright carbonation. Tastes much better than it smells. Good.

A taster shared with Josh, Matt, Phill, and Ryan during FHF with priceless Rachel's (yup, again!) help in organizing all the mess with glasses. Appearance: hazy golden with a white head. Aroma: funk, bugs, fruity, stone fruits. Taste: same, very juicy, low acidity, some sweetness. Overall: very nice!

Mostly cherries on the nose, don't make it in the flavor much but that's ok cause there's plenty of oaky crisp sweetness.
