Draft at the Hanoi taproom. Poured a slightly hazy reddish amber colour with a lasting frothy off-white head. The aroma is bready malt, light toffee caramel. The flavour is moderate sweet, light bitter, with a rich, smooth, toffee caramel malt, biscuit, light herbal, light woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Somewhat rich for a red IPA and very moorish.
