Bottle at Hutt'n, Nürnberg Friday 1st December 2023 in the company of Jude and Baz. Pours reddish colour, pretty decent clarity, light caramel touches a little bitterness, very good.

Dark copper with a creamy, off-white head. Aroma of plums, caramel, herbs. Taste is is herbal bitter with soft caramel undertones. Fruitier at the end with a lingering mix of plums and caramel. Full-bodied, mild carbonation. Very nice bock!

Bottle. Brown color. Malty bready soft roasty flavor with caramelly notes Indifferent aroma. Hint of alcohol. Powerful bock.

500ml Bottle - Copper in colour. Raisins and fruitcake in the aroma. Fruity and moderately sweet taste with raisins; cherries, caramel and marzipan detected.

Clear, ruby colored, medium off white head, good lasting. Aroma is of malt, caramel, dried fruits, bit toasty and roasted. Taste is medium sweet caramel malt, toasted, dried fruits, bit bready, low herbal bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation.

Bottle looks good. Beer in the glass light brownish, not as dark as exspected. Starts strong, malty, fine spicy, light roasty. Not as strong as exspected. Some nutty notes. Finish well balanced, soft-malty. Could be a bit more intense, I think. But still okay.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein rötlichbraunes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch leicht röstmalzig, Karamell, etwas würzig. Geschmack röstmalzig, schokoladig, leicht würzig.
