Brewed using 100% English Malt from Thomas Fawcett and Sons Maltsters in the UK. Marris otter is the base, while Dark Crystal malt provides some deep stone fruit character. Wait, what’s that sneaking around in the background? Rye? Both rye malt and crystal rye? Damn, that’s complex. Brewed with plenty of American “C” hops (Chinook, Centennial and dry hopped with Cascade) for balance, this is a delightfully strong sipping beer.
