Cask at Swan, Stone. Pours a bright golden yellow with a small off-white head and good lacing. Just some vague maltiness in the aroma. In the mouth it is sweet and creamy. Initially the flavour is mainly malts and tangerine, but with some traditional hops lurking underneath. After a while it becomes more bitter with lemongrass and hints of pine. Bitterness lasts into the finish. This isn’t wildly exciting, but it is decent and certainly very refreshing.
