Growler 330ml bottle from LCB. Black pour with small beige top. Aroma of blackcurrant, caramel, chocolate biscuit, dark malt. Taste has that salted caramel with a fruity blackberry and chocolate biscuit, finishing light roasted malts and quite bitter. Mid bodied, fine carbonation, semi-drying. No surprises here but a well made pasty stout.

Panda from Low Cost Beer. Appearance - opaque brown to black. Low carbonation and thin wispy head. Nose - liquorice, molasses and salt. Taste - caramel, cinder toffee and salty liquorice. Palate - medium bodied, persistent finish that is salty and roasty at the same time. Overall - nice!

Draft at The Cardinals Hat Lincoln. Jet black with a thick tan head. Aroma and taste are malty rich and smooth salted caramel slight bittersweet to bitter. Smooth rich body.
