When we set out with the recipe for this beer, we decided on a three way dance of modern beer's best varietals, so what better to go for than a triple threat of ultra hype hops Galaxy, Mosaic, and Simcoe? Calling back to that first IPA that put us firmly on the map back in 2018, Everything Works Again - named for an ism in the brewery when we finally sorted out the electrics in the brewhouse, and put an end to months of our brewkit shorting out mid-brew - takes the foundations laid by that OG Polly's beer and brings it roaring into 2021. Juicy, dank, hazy, and everything we love about modern British beer.

Hazy, straw-coloured with a fluffy white head. The aroma is subtle, with pleasant malt and tropical fruit. The body is full but lighter than I expected, moderate carbonation, juicy, and easy to drink with a slight albedo bitterness. The alcohol is nicely hidden. The taste is rather citrusy, zesty, and albedo. It drinks quite well, pleasant, refreshing, but not overwhelming.

Polly's Night At Home Beers, Can#3 of 3. A third hazy in a row from Polly's, the haziest too. Pine takes prominence here, although never gets stated in any aspect - a fair crispness and smoothish texture probably has a subduing effect in this respect. Its pine is more stated in aroma and taste, but it's a tasty brew nevertheless.

440ml can. Misty gold appearance, white head. Bright sweet tropical action.. moderate bitter close. Decent. Can't help thinking this beer has about 15 different names and labels.

Can. Morrison’s. 4 for 3 job. Murked up dirty gold. Slim off white foam. It’s no looker. Loads of savoury here. Big onion shizzle going off. Milky background. Nah. Stinks. Shite.
