2006 corked and caged bottle. Label said 5.5 %
Pours clear deep golden. No head. Decaying apples and sweaty horses on the nose. Very sparkling on the tongue. Flavour is sweet and somewhat tart juicy winter apples.

Corked Bottle. Vintage 2005, 2 years old
Bronze Medal at "Concours Général Agricole", Paris 2007
Hazy golden color; persistent perlage, no head. Deep aroma, of yellow apple skins, ripe apples. Good mouthfeel, with residual sugars, hence a pleasant sweetness, a velvety texture, a late vanilla touch, and a good flavor of ripe red and yellow apples. At the end the medium sweetness is corrected by a light astringency, Very good.
