Bottle from Erzengel - Prost! Tight bubbly white head stayed on an unclear, finely carbonated pake lemon coloured body. Yeast, herbaceous & wheat aroma. Medium bodied, tingly on the tongue with soft clean back. Yeast, pale malt, coriander, zest & sweet citrus.

Bottle [from Euro swap 2019-2 thanks to Erzengel] at home. Hazy yellow color as it should have, full sized white head that lasts for quite a long time. Smell and taste wheat, softly banana in the distance, slight citrus notes, softly sweet. Decent body, suitable soft carbonation. Quite solid. 7-5-7-4-14

0,5 l bottle of course from Erzengel. Thanks a lot! Murky golden in the glass, more than two finger steady foamy white head. Wheat and yeast, some caramel and banana on the nose. Taste starts fruity, more orange than banana, then increasing caramel, wheat and yeast. Hints if banana, getting more dry. Nice refreshing stuff.

50cl bottle. Pours hazy golden colour with a huge most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of light banana, some lemon and yeast. Taste of medium phenolic esters, some banana and yeast, overall okay but nothing special.

Schöne orangene Farbe im Glas. Der Geruch ist frisch-spritzig und irgendwie weizenuntypisch. Im Antrunk ist das Bier, wie der Geruch, frisch-spritzig und ganz leicht hefig-säuerlich. Zum Hauptteil wird es etwas vollmundiger, dabei immer noch sehr frisch-spritzig mit leichter säuerlicher Hefenote, die zum Nachgeschmack hin etwas an Intensität gewinnt. Auf der Zunge bleibt eine mild-hefige, aber leicht säuerlich-herbe Note. --> Leckeres helles Weizen, wobei ich mir eine stärkere Hefenote gewünscht hätte. --> 12,10,12,10,12,11 - 11,00

Just plain average, weakish weizen. Spare aroma, some bread, some malt. Head is foamy and short, not creamy. Body is hazy yellow gold with very fine carbonation. Taste is wheat, with very light weizen notes. Palate is tangy and slightly sweet. Nothing special here

Bottle 500ml. @ home.Hazy medium orange yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, fully to mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is light malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity, banana, clove, yeast. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a average to long duration, riped fruit, yeast, fruity. Body is medium, texture is watery to creamy, carbonation is soft. [20121014]

Cloudy deep golden/yellow colour with a fine white head. A lot of banana and wheat aroma. Medium pluss body and a moderate sweetness. Typical german hefeweizen. Banana, wheat and yeast flavour.

Golden orange color with nice size white head. Nose and taste is wheats, breads, and some spice.
