Bottle. Sweet banana, clove and wheat malt aroma. Hazy pale yellow color with nice head. Very sweet orange-banana and light wheat malt flavor. A bit too sweet and not enough malt flavor.

Frischer, aber sehr süß wirkender Hefegeruch. Der Geruch bestätigt sich im Antrunk, süßer Hefegeschmack, wobei die Süße sich schnell auf ein Normalmaß herunterschraubt. Schnell tritt an diese Stelle eine leichte Herbe, mittlerweile hat sich auch die Hefe weitestgehend verabschiedet. Somit bleibt nur noch die prickelnde Herbe, die erst wieder im Nachgeschmack von dem nun nicht mehr süßen Hefearoma untersützt wird. OK. Danke an Malzbonbon für das Bier! (bottle, traded with Saarlander) Cloudy yellow colour with a huge, persistent and dense foamy white head. Sweet banana fruity aroma with a sourish touch. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium body, quite smooth carbonation for a Hefeweizen. Mild wheaty, banana fruity taste, wheat-malty and sslightly sour-fruity finish. Rather unconvincing.
